I never understood what life coaching was before working with Lisa. After a few sessions with her, I've been able to really make progress towards some goals with real action plans and guidance. Lisa's commitment to truly empowering women, me, is felt in every interaction; she's there with and for you, pushing you through the challenges and holding you accountable to do the work.
I know about healthy eating and exercising ...all wonderful ideas! But what I needed was Lisa’s positivity and encouragement to put these ideas into ACTION! I had unrealistic expectations (like losing a crazy amount of weight in two weeks) and when these things didn’t happen I gave up. Lisa helped me to understand that it is progress, not perfection that gets us going and KEEPS US GOING! Our running group started out short (1 mile) and slow but by the end of the summer we ran a half marathon!
